Return Period:You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. 

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes :

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces.
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.
  • Clearance items. Please contact customer service for clarification on non-returnable items.

Process:

1. To start a return, contact us +971 56 123 1131 or email us at hitusup@onesickwick.com  with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item/s.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 to 21 working days as each bank will have different timeframes.

Exchanges:

If you are requesting an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
